Notes on photographing King 810:

Dark, heavy and actually kind of difficult.

Because much of the stage was set up for KoRn, there were very high risers in place that made shooting King 810 difficult when it came to getting the shots I wanted.

Add that with the limited amount of light on the band and you’re gonna have a bad time.  I’d say the hardest part was trying to get shots where vocalist David Gunn moved the microphone away from his mouth.  Dude essentially devours the thing while screaming in to it.

Nikon D600 w/ 80-200 2.8
